Here are the instructions about your personal talk about a rainforest animal.

Personal talk

As part of our rainforest topic you are all going to give an individual talk to the rest of the class about an animal which is found in the rainforest.

You need to include:-

·        A full description of the animal giving details of what it looks like, size, colour etc. Are there different types?

·        Show a picture of the animal

·        Where in the world is this animal found?

·        Which part of the rainforest is its natural habitat? E.g. the canopy

·        What does it eat?

·        How many babies does it have?

·        Do they live in family groups or alone?

·        Is it endangered and if so why? Are there any conservation measures in place?

 

Remember to make your talk interesting and entertaining. Have lots of pictures and props to show and try to find information which others would not already know.
