Leaver’s Disco

Tonight was our leaver’s (good luck P7) and end of term disco. Everyone had a great time and thank you to the Parent Council for all your organising and most of all for the CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN!!!! yum yum yum.

Sports Day

It was a perfect day for our sports yesterday; dry and not too hot. Here is the winning House, Fairburn with enough energy left to do a lap of honour after they were presented with the trophy. Well done to everybody, you did your houses proud and thank you to all the parents, carers and friends who came to cheer you on.

Moving Up Days

This week saw the Primary 7s moving up to the academy for three days and the new p4s moving into the class. Well done to you all , you settled in and joined in lots of exciting ‘under the sea’ actvities. Here we are trying not to be eated by sharks out in the playground!!

The Green Flag is Flying!!

‘Thank You’ Afternoon Tea

Today’s ‘Thank You’ Afternoon Tea was a huge success and we hope all those parents and friends of Marybank who were able to come understand how much we do appreciate you and all you do for us. Remember we could not do it without you!

County Sports Practise

It stayed dry enough to get in some County Sports practise this afternoon thanks to the help of some students from Inverness collage who came to give us some tips. Thanks to Isla and Chris and see you again soon.

T.A.S.C Morning

The children of Marybank, Strathgarve and Strathconon P4-7 got together yesterday for a morning of working together. Everyone worked in group and had to develop a piece of waste ground . There were some fantatic ideas and models built. Well done to you all for working so well together and achieving your targets.

On Saturday the Parent Council held a car treasure hunt followed by a BBQ. The weather was great and hopefully everyone did not get too lost!

Fischy music

Before the Easter holidays Fischy music came and did a workshop with children from Strathgarve and Marybank and then we put on a show. It was great fun!
