Cross Country Champions

Here’s the cross country team, all smiles before the race began!
It was a great race this year with the weather being kind and staying dry. All the Marybank competitors have worked really hard throughout the winter and have trained whenever the weather has allowed. This hard work paid off as everyone managed to improve on their places of last year.
WELL DONE to you all, Marybank is very proud of you!

Congratulations to everyone who finished the race. Cross country races are tricky because sometimes the ground is not flat and easy to run on.
We have a cross country carnival at our school later in the year – we will start training for it after the Easter holidays.
Hi I’m Harry from Adelaide. Some of the kids from our school are doing Cross-Country soon.
I’m not doing it though, I’m not a very good runner.
