Our Topic – The Last Wolf

WolveswolfThe Wolf by Michael Morpurgo was the subject of our topic last term.

It was amazing how much we managed to explore and learn based on what is a relatively small paperback!

We learnt all about the lives of real wolves by reading information texts, we found out fantastic facts about Bonnie Prince Charlie (the historical period in which the book is set), we created our own plays writing the script and creating props to retell part of the story in our own way and used a focus of the beautiful wolf to help us produce some wonderful artwork which is now decorating our walls. Beware the pack of wolves heading your way!
