Big clean up.

On Friday 20th of March we had a big tidy of the school grounds. It wasn’t just the teachers and pupils though. Loads of people from around the village came along to help. We started off weeding and litter picking, with a small group of people raking up leaves. Then we planted flowers and some people moved the stones back into the right place. It was a fun day and it was really hot!

    I was doing the play ground at the start.
    The jobs I was doing was picking weeds,
    brushing,planting,gathering soil and collecting twigs.

    The big tidy up was amazing i could not believe that i did so many things.

    I think everybody did really well.
    I helped by moving the heavy stone’s and some weeding.

    sounds great, good to hear that the comunity has getting involved aswell. wish i could have been there but don’t think that the school would have been too happy with me runing off though.
    and the garden lookes a tonne better.
