Joseph’s Magnificent Suit?

\'Joseph\'s Magnificent Suit!\'

As part of our ancient Egypt topic we have been learning about the Bible story of Joseph. At the school ‘Open House’ on Friday September 19th we invited all our visiting family and friends to join us in painting a strip of ‘fabric’ to help us make Joseph’s coat.

We ended up with so many that we made Joseph a coat and trousers as well! What do you think of JOSEPH’s MAGNIFICENT SUIT?

Can you see your design?

I think making the suit was fun it was fun because we got to make some of the strips with our parents and it now looks brilliant because it is all finished and up on the wall

What a wonderful idea to make a suit with your parents. I think it looks great – shame I can’t see it in real life, but I wouldn’t get back in time for my tea! :-)

Hi there Mrs Thompson, it’s great to hear from you again especially when you leave us so many great comments. Joseph’s suit was a great activity for the children and their families and the finished product is something they all can be very proud of.

yes i agree with all of you this suit was a brilliant idea and it does look cool but the main thing i liked about it was being able to paint it but not just that, that we were able to paint it with our familys and have a laugh even though we were at school ( I MEAN AT SCHOOL IT MUST HAVE BEEN FUN :) ).

Sorry that it’s taken me so long to reply…but what a magnificent suit! I’ve really enjoyed working in the school office with this fabulous colourful work of art behind me! Mrs Leitch is going to be very impressed when she returns to work in the office. She wanted me to have the office painted, but I think you’ve saved me a job!
    Great work, guys.
