Good luck to all the pupils in P5-7! I look forward to seeing how you get on with your targets. You can do it!
My P.S.D target is to stop swinging on my chair.
My health and well being is to stop eating so much crisps and biscuits.
My behaviour target is: To stop hitting my sister!!!!!!!
My health taget is: To start swimming lessons again

My health Target is: To Eat less biscuits

My PsD target is to try not to daydream.
My health target is to et 2 pieces of fruit a day.
Emma’s targets are spot on. She has identified where she needs to improve (fewer biscuits and controlling behaviour; ‘temper I think’).
Hopefully we can help her identify strategies to meet these targets, although sometimes, her reaction is hormonally led and if she cracks that one i’d love to know!!!
